Falck can offer a comprehensive risk assessment of client operations, conducting an in-depth skills analysis of requirements and identifying the training needs of the organisation. This may include nationally recognised or non-accredited training programs that address the specific skills and knowledge requirements identified. Customised programs are developed by our training services team in association with the client to ensure the program developed is high quality meeting client and any national training requirements.
Falck has a range of qualifications, skill sets and individual units of competency on scope. We can also create customise training programs selecting individual units of competency or by creating competency outcomes specific to the client operations.

- HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care
- PUA20619 Certificate II in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations)
- PUA30619 Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations)
- PUA40319 Certificate IV in Public Safety (Firefighting Supervision)
- RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue
As well as being able to deliver any individual units of competency and short courses from the above qualifications, Falck has a range of additional competencies on scope that it can use to meet industry training needs. We can create custom training programs by selecting the specific units that will provide the exact training you require and develop non-accredited courses to address any remaining skills gaps identified.
